ClearEntry is not a broker, dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution.

All content, analytics, insights, journaling tools, AI-generated feedback, and performance metrics provided through ClearEntry are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, investment, trading, or legal advice.

You acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk and that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

ClearEntry operates on a subscription basis.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All payments are non-refundable except where required by law
• We may change pricing with prior notice
• Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access to the Service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security
• Misrepresent ClearEntry as a trading signal or advisory service

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action for violations.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, notes, trade logs, or content you submit ("User Content").

By using ClearEntry, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with applicable laws.

7. AI & Analytics Disclaimer

ClearEntry uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to generate insights and summaries. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies
• Insights are probabilistic, not guarantees
• You should independently verify all information

ClearEntry is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to ClearEntry, including software, branding, design, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by ClearEntry and protected by applicable laws.

You may not use our trademarks or materials without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Legal or regulatory reasons
• Discontinuation of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.

• Your trading activity or decisions
